Daniel Rozario
Director
Hi I'm Dan, In 2012 I entered the world of property as a Trainee Negotiator for Orchard in Camberley. I worked for Orchard for 5 years and then became a Land Acquisition Manager for a small developer in 2017. In 2019 I co-founded Knightway with Nigel and Richard and have loved every minute of it so far!
On a personal note, I am a huge Manchester United fan, my happy place is the golf course and I also love mountain biking. I've got a lovely wife and have two dogs; Bertie and Ralphie.

Nigel Allen
Director
Hi I'm Nigel, I started my working life as an office junior at the tender age of 16 in 1983 and progressed my career up to Directorship level before opening my own Estate Agency in 2006. Having subsequently sold my business in 2017 I didn’t want to waste my knowledge of the industry and saw a gap in the market, therefore deciding to set up a property related recruitment company with my colleagues Richard & Daniel.
My experience is hugely beneficial to clients, candidates and colleagues in search of new staff or new jobs and my passion for the property world gives me great motivation to talk to anyone about a career in agency.
Away from work I enjoy spending time with my wife, two grown up children and have recently become grandad (Pop’s) to two amazing twin boys. When I have time I can be found plodding the streets trying to keep fit or walking the dogs.
Sophie Holbrook

Hi, I’m Sophie, I’ve been with Knightway since November 2019. I came from a background in Marketing but recruitment is much more up my street! My favourite thing about recruitment is seeing our candidates flourish in their roles and the companies we place them with being equally as happy.
Outside of work you can find me seeing friends and family, going for a hike or at the pub!
Sam Cook

Hi, I’m Sam and I’ve been with knightway since November 2021.
I come from a sales background where I worked in the motor trade for 4 years. I wanted to build a career in recruitment to help candidates find their perfect job and see them succeed!
I am football mad! I support Arsenal but also enjoy watching the games on the weekend and playing during the week. If I’m not doing this you can find me hanging out with friends!
Matthew Cooper

Hey, I am Matt, although new to recruitment, I have a number of years experience in sales having been an Estate Agent for over 5 years. In my spare time, I enjoy watching Arsenal and the Green Bay Packers while being blessed with the company of my wife Harriet and my Dachshund Benji. One of the two definitely enjoys my company but I wouldn’t like to bet which one!
