Job Summary: As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in the client partnership team, collaborating closely with clients to foster strong relationships and drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include maintaining existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and devise strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to stay informed about client industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with the wider team to create compelling proposals, quotes, and creative briefs in response to client requests.

  • Work closely with Production and Project Management teams to translate client requirements into comprehensive delivery plans.

  • Advocate for environmentally friendly and sustainable practices in day-to-day operations and propose innovative solutions to clients.

  • Actively participate in team meetings, contributing insights, best practices, and creative problem-solving initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, providing solutions and building relationships.

  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

  • Resilient and determined mindset, with the ability to overcome challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, tact, and effective communication and negotiation abilities.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactive and innovative mindset, capable of critical thinking and proposing creative solutions.

  • Technical knowledge and expertise in the retail industry is a plus.
