The Producers, reporting to the Business Unit Director, play a pivotal role in delivering services to our clients. They possess the expertise and presence to enhance our operational capabilities and instill confidence in our ability to successfully innovate. With a client-facing role, they oversee the scope of work, coordinate costs and pricing, lead project management, and ensure timely and profitable delivery of what the account team sells. Their collaborative efforts contribute to shaping the future of retail.

Within the Business Unit, everyone engages in business development, and the Producers consistently contribute as part of the pitch team. Their responsibilities extend beyond project management, as they actively identify opportunities for new services and upsell, consistently striving to improve profitability in our work.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Delivery of services, with accountability for deliverables, budget, and timelines.

  2. Guiding clients through our operations to ensure profitable and timely delivery of solutions.

  3. Making all legal, commercial, and financial decisions related to project delivery.

  4. Managing and developing a team of Project Managers under their supervision.

  5. Collaborating with the Creative, Tech, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure adherence to processes and profitable delivery.

  6. Driving the integration of environmentally friendly and sustainable practices into daily operations.

  7. Embodying and sharing our team spirit.

Required Experience/Skills:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in project and/or production management.

  2. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of Project Managers.

  3. Strong leadership and motivational skills.

  4. Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.

  5. Technical knowledge and expertise relevant to the role.

  6. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships.

  7. Diplomacy and tact in dealing with various stakeholders.

  8. Effective communication and negotiation skills.

  9. Commercial awareness to drive profitability and identify opportunities.
