We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading company in the industry. Our client is known for their unwavering commitment to delivery and profitability, with Project Managers playing a pivotal role in driving their processes and ensuring successful project completion.

Job Summary: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the project management process. You will work closely with clients, ensuring that deadlines and profitability targets are met. Your role will involve defining and tracking project milestones, managing timelines, delegating tasks to the team, and identifying and addressing potential risks. Your contributions will be vital to the success of the business unit, as you collaborate with Producers and account teams to deliver on Outform's promises. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to identify new services, upsell opportunities, and drive improvements in profitability, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects within budget and on time, ensuring efficient and accurate management that allows for real-time reporting.

  • Ensure projects comply with relevant legislation and assess their viability and impact on the wider business.

  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Effectively manage stakeholders across different areas of the business.

  • Drive environmentally friendly and sustainable practices in day-to-day operations.

  • Embody the company's spirit and values, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong commercial awareness, understanding the importance of delivering projects within budget and optimizing profitability.

  • Diplomacy and tact when collaborating with various stakeholders and team members.

  • Solid numeracy skills and the ability to analyze project progress and financial information.

  • Good analytical skills to report on project status and identify areas for improvement.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and negotiate effectively with clients and team members.

  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to take initiative and make decisions under pressure.

  • Experience in monitoring and controlling budgets to ensure project financial success.

  • Technical knowledge and expertise relevant to the industry.
