We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant and Bars Manager to join our client's team. As the Restaurant and Bars Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management and operation of various dining areas, including the restaurant, bar, room service, al fresco dining, lounge, and afternoon tea service.

Your primary focus will be to lead and develop the team, ensuring that they consistently meet and exceed guest expectations. You will also be responsible for achieving financial targets, upholding brand standards, and delivering exceptional service.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Restaurant Management within a similar establishment. Familiarity with OPERA, Micros, and SevenRooms would be highly advantageous, enabling you to effectively utilize these systems to enhance operations.
