Job Responsibilities: As a Sales Client Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively seeking out and generating new leads and potential clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, online platforms, and marketing initiatives.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored property solutions.

  • Conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to successful completion.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote properties and attract potential buyers.

  • Keeping up-to-date with local property market trends, pricing, and competitors' activities to provide accurate advice and recommendations to clients.

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a hunger for success and a passion for achieving results.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the property or real estate industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of the local property market in Ash Vale and surrounding areas.

  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
