Job Responsibilities: As a Sales Client Manager, you will be responsible for:
Proactively seeking out and generating new leads and potential clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, online platforms, and marketing initiatives.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored property solutions.
Conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to successful completion.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
Keeping up-to-date with local property market trends, pricing, and competitors' activities to provide accurate advice and recommendations to clients.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a hunger for success and a passion for achieving results.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the property or real estate industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of the local property market in Ash Vale and surrounding areas.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
