Our client is an independent, high-end estate agency located in Bagshot, Surrey. As a leading agency in the area, our client is committed to maintaining their position by recruiting an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead their sales team.


Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing the sales team. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the successful execution of sales strategies, maintain strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and maximize revenue.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, including property owners, investors, and buyers.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract potential clients and promote properties.

  • Manage and negotiate sales transactions, ensuring smooth and successful closings.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

  • Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all sales activities.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, motivation, and professional development within the sales team.

  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant activities to build professional relationships and expand the agency's network.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a successful sales manager in the real estate industry, preferably in a high-end estate agency.

  • Deep understanding of the local real estate market in Bagshot, Surrey, and the ability to navigate the high-end segment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end clients.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.

  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for property viewings and client meetings.


Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time position based in Bagshot, Surrey, with standard office hours from Monday to Friday. However, flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate client meetings or property viewings.

  • The role may involve some local travel within Bagshot and nearby areas.
